We've had some staff change the courier service manually for some reason away from carefully managed rules and automated courier selections. There's no way to ensure warehouse packers cannot change the courier service, and would like it if they could as we should be able to ensure they can't edit rules which have knock on consquesnces
I understand what you're saying but if you don't want packers changing courier service, why allow them to change anything? We don't allow packers the ability to amend, this has to go to the Team Leaders but if you use the 'Admin-EditOrderAddressOnly' role that might work for you?
We have the same issue, turning OFF AdminEditOrders is too restrictive.
