Currently, Mintsoft displays tracking retrieval errors when warehouse staff attempt to generate shipping labels. These errors are misleading, as they often occur even when there is no issue with the shipment details. As a result, warehouse staff are left unsure whether the shipment information is incorrect and are forced to repeatedly retry the booking process until it either succeeds or a genuine error message is displayed. This creates unnecessary confusion, slows down warehouse operations, and makes it more difficult to identify real shipping issues. We were advised this is due to the overlap with tracking retrieval requests (Background process) and the shipment booking requests.
