add a permanent default for the “Show Entries” setting.

Current Problem
Currently we have to remember to change the setting everytime we open different pages we need to see the full scope of a document. E.G ASN. Receiving in an ASN. And if we forget and make changes then go to the next page the changes are not saved.
Idea to resolve Problem
Allow users to set a default setting on Show Entries
