Introduce special packing requirements pop-up on mobile app

Current Problem
Certain items require special handling (i.e. must be kept flat and not rolled). In the web app you can have a pop-up at the packing stage, but the mobile app doesn't.
Idea to resolve Problem
Add the pop-up to mobile app, either when picking the item or at packing.
