| Idea to resolve Problem | We propose implementing a manual order processing fee in Mintsoft. This feature would allow users to distinguish between orders processed manually by the team and those processed through system integrations. By implementing this feature, we can provide users with more accurate and transparent fee calculations, reducing the likelihood of errors and disputes. This will also allow for more effective cost management and profitability analysis. |
