We have a number of people using Etsy and other integrations where product options are used for gift wrapping and other personalisations. There is no way to map these like you can on Shopify so we can't report on these. This causes us problems when we want to invoice extra for gift wrapping or work that needs to be done for options on products. Can we have a way of exporting these option values against orders so we can filter them for reporting or a way to add billing/costs for options on products.
Rework barcodes can do this. By scanning a rework barcode, you can add specific costs to an order on 3PL Accounting module, but there is currently no way to report on how many have been scanned (which is the idea I have raised).
