Add 'Percentage Of Sales Value' to bundle upload template

You can set the above when manually creating a bundle but it's not in the upload......

Seems illogical to have an upload facility that doesn't allow this as in our post Brexit / IOSS days. We all have to either upload on mass and then manage the bundle or just do it the long way round by manually creating each one.

And while you're at it, allow us to update all the percentages in one go and then click 'Update' once rather than having to do it for every line.
