Now and again we'd like to be able to tweak the name associated to a reason for a query but all we have at the moment is the option to create and delete.
If we delete one, I'm presuming all the history will be blanked out so we'd loose the historic information but could you confirm this?
A simple update query in SQL would solve this but get this may not be possible.
All hinges on the historic data - if you can confirm this will be preserved if we were to delete a query reason, happy days.......
It would be good if you just gave the option to have them active or inactive so we could add in new and set old ones so they can't be used anymore like you do in other areas of the system that require historic information.
