Current Problem
We have some challenges where parcels go with the wrong courier as the labels are so similar or people are not paying attention! It's not massive, for one client it was 3 out of 10,000+ in December but is there something the system can do to help? There is an order status of 'PACKED' so could all order sit here and then when they are scanned into the couriers totes, the status moves to DESPATCHED. Realise this is a more a question to the wider community but wanted to throw it out there! |

Yeah this would be great. An old client of ours would have 1200 parcels a day going with Royal mail and maybe 10 of them would be a priority with DHL. Temp workers often wouldn't spot the difference meaning the parcel would go in the royal mail sack.
I can see a difficulty for Mintsoft with this though as the only identifier is on the despatch note which could be in the parcel. Mintsoft would need to tie it onto the end of the scan screen on PC or APP.
