Current Problem
currently when customers place an order and put a gift message on, it flows through into the comments field, but there is no flag to warn that a gift message needs printing out |

| Idea to resolve Problem | own status so cant despatch order without clearing that you have actioned the message, much like a query being raised |
Also for this to be visible on the hand held scanners
