| Idea to resolve Problem | We propose implementing a feature in Mintsoft that provides an error message when the same serial number is scanned twice in the pick and pack mobile app. This will alert the user to the mistake and prevent them from packing duplicate serial numbers. By implementing this feature, we can improve overall efficiency in the packing process and reduce the likelihood of errors caused by duplicate serial numbers. This will lead to increased productivity and profitability for warehouses and 3PLs. |
