After speaking with Mintsoft support recently i have realised that the allocation of stock to back orders once stock becomes available that used to be instant now has a delay. This can cause issues with stock sync as if the unit has not allocated and a stock sync occurs Mintsoft believes it is available stock so becomes available for customers to buy even though it is not available.
This does resolve it's self within the next stock sync however this creates a chance of overselling and orders potentially being canceled.
