Hi, we are trying to use the Orders CourierService Report as a csv file to drop into Pick and Pack RoyalMail portal for importing from Mintsoft rather than entering manually onto the Royal Mail website but there are 2 mandatory fields not in the report which are readily available from the order information within the Mintsoft order. We require these adding to this report...seems odd they are not already on it. 1st line of address - as a minimum definitely and Town is not on the report. Without either of these mandatory fields we cant do it.
