Current Problem
Currently, clients have to contact support to check the status of their returns, mainly if they have been received but not been processed yet. This can lead to delays and frustration for both the client and support team. |

Idea to resolve Problem | We propose implementing a customer self-service returns logging feature in Mintsoft. This feature would allow clients to log their returns and provide information on what is being returned, from whom, and the order reference. The package would then be marked as received and "awaiting processing," giving clients peace of mind that the package is with the warehouse and not lost in transit. |
