By the time clients get the notifications for merging orders, we've usually actioned the orders so on a per client basis allow auto merging but I'd say maybe remove the allocated courier as the combined order may well break weight / dimension boundaries.
Hi, thank you for the suggestion. This idea requires more votes before it is considered for planning.
It would be useful to have the ability to create conditions (eg. email and postcode are the same) when those conditions are met the orders merge automatically.
