Current Problem
When processing returns, it would benefit the customer journey if an e-mail be generated to them to confirm their return had been received, currently some of our clients are set to e-mail when orders and exchanges are despatched, but nothing when the return is actually input. Doing this would keep customers informed of their order status and enable more efficient query management. |
