Current Problem

Our courier partner delivers the parcels to various pick up points around the country where our customers collect from. If the customer does not collect within 8 days, the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

We then need to merge the old order with a new one when the customer reorders. Currently we have to do this manually.

Idea to resolve Problem It would be great if you could mark an order an Not Collected which doesn't update stock, but then Alerts you when the same customer places a new order so that you can merge them.

    I raised a similar one ages ago on MST-I-185 were we need to merge orders at NEW and AWAITINGREPLEN. Could do with a system setting were we can configure order status where merging is allowed
