If the customer doesn't exist on Unleashed, we create it. This is because Unleashed orders have to have a customer against them, and a customer is an actual entity in Unleashed (unlike in Mintsoft where it's just a string in a field). This has resulted in duplicate customers being created and this can even happen if there's a single incorrect character. Once these customers are created there's no way of deleting them.
