Show Kit Builder Stock Transactions On Reports

Currently, any component stock used for kits isn't shown as an allocation or outward transaction on the stock flow. If a kit build is completed, the "on hand" and "allocated" stock levels of each specific component are simply reduced on the 'next' transaction (the first transaction that takes place after the kit build is completed).
