Volumetric size based batch creation. This would create a failsafe where batches can't overflow from the tote and make packing/ sorting difficult but could also have a minimum so that batch sizes are triggered when appropriate e.g. will only create a batch when tote would be 50% full but wouldn't go over 90% of tote.
