Current Problem
When packing multiple units using the scanner or PC in Mintsoft, the system only requests one serial number for the entire group of units. This can cause problems in capturing data and lead to inefficiencies in the packing process. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | We propose implementing a feature in Mintsoft that requests a serial number for each individual unit when the user selects multiple units for packing. For example, if the user selects 10 units for packing, the system would request 10 serial number scans, one for each unit. By implementing this feature, we can improve overall efficiency in the packing process and reduce the likelihood of errors in capturing data. This will lead to increased productivity and profitability for warehouses and 3PLs. |
