Bulk Actions - Merge Orders

Current Problem

We will upload bulk orders for a customer and regularly have 100+ merge orders as their customers will order items separately.

Currently you cannot bulk merge orders than can be merged. It is manual and takes too much time, so as a work around we are having to edit the csv file.
Idea to resolve Problem An option for bulk actions "merge all possible merge orders" rather than ticking the indivdual would help.

      Maybe link this to MST-I-397 and MST-I-185

      Think it needs to be client specific rather than generic and particularly linked to the coment on 397 where merging orders could break assigned courier rules......
