When creating rule move to warehouse add option to be able to move only orders that are on back order. This way if we have 2 warehouses 1 can be priority until there is stock after that system would start sending the order to the other warehouse, this would be helpful for companies that have multiple warehouses in different countries. Currently we cannot use the priority option because we have warehouses in 2 countries and we would like the 2 warehouses in Netherlands to be able to function separately from the UK one, this can only be achieved by order rule with condition for orders that are on back order.
