Accidental despatches happen. Would be good to be able to reverse the despatch to it's previous status

Hello,
We are considering adding a "Reset to New" order overview action, that will:
1) Revert order to new status 2) Remove order from any associated picking batch 3) Cancel any shipping labels 4) Remove all barcode verification scans 5) Remove any associated tote IDs 6) if order has been despatched - automatically add stock back
As already mentioned, last minute ecommerce cancellations, amendments or hold orders. Be good to be able to just revert to awaiting confirmation status instead of cancelling, then uncancelling - especially if just to add in an extra item/or remove/swap
You need to just find the order, cancel courier label and then cancel the order. You can then un-cancel the order and it will return to NEW.
For the comment regarding charging the client for this; you can choose 'Cancel - Charge for Picking' this feature annoyingly doesnt take re-work into account (packaging etc) but it does charge the picking costs.
Not even accidental despatches this would be useful. We have it when on occasion our 3PL clients ask us to stop an order that's already picked and packed and marked as despatched. Doesn't happen often as it's a lot of effort to find the packet but it would be handy to be able to undespatch orders on Mintsoft.
Be good to still be able to charge the client as we've spent time, money and packaging on the order even if it's then cancelled.

I believe this is already possible:

Thank you for this suggestion. We will look at implementing a solution as part of our Future roadmap items.
