Filter by or out multiple criteria or more than one item in a critiera

I would like to filter out the despatched status from the Orders Overview list. However you can only filter by and show only one status at a time. Also sometimes I would like to filter by multiple statuses, such as NEW and HOLDING and PICKING at the same time.
