Current Problem
We are both one of your customers and also a courier on your platform. We have found two changes that need to be made to the Norsk Courier App: -At the moment under the tracking number you are using the "NorskBarcode" value in the response as the tracking number whereas it should be "Barcode". For example: Order number: TEST-SHOPIFY-1194 Tracking number in Mintsoft currently is: 705858097001 Tracking number in Mintsoft should be: LK001026239FR Please change this for all customers using the Norsk Courier Integration. And please go back and update any existing orders with the correct tracking numbers. |
