Current Problem
Currently we are going through the back orders every week to inform the customers that we don't have enough stock to fulfil there orders, As you can imagine this is quite time consuming and can take hours out of your day if you have 50-100+ customers to deal with on a daily bases on top of all the emails and all the other things that you have to deal with throughout the day. we have all the other notifications with new orders/despatch/stock/ASNs etc. with this being added it can save hours of time going through all your customers informing them there is no stock for certain orders and also it can save orders being missed when you are busy doing jobs throughout the day. |
