Sometimes rules need to be sequenced to ensure the correct changes are applied. If there was an option to run a specific 'second' rule, if the conditions of the first rule are met, then this would be massively powerful and useful.
Idea to resolve Problem
From the "Action" dropdown on order rules, create an option "Run Another Rule" and then allow a user to specify the ID of the second rule.
