Current Problem

Using "Allocate Based on Location Type Priority" in Mintsoft can be advantageous, but the recent change to override First Expired, First Out (FEFO) has made it problematic for 3PLs that have clients with both batch and best-before stock and conventional stock.
Idea to resolve Problem We propose allowing for the exclusion of certain clients or enabling the "Allocate Based on Location Type Priority" feature on a client-level basis in Mintsoft. This would increase the flexibility and capability of the tool, allowing 3PLs to prioritize allocations based on location type while still accommodating clients with specific requirements.
