Current Problem
When a B2B order is put on the system, it allocates based on pritority type, which is of course pick shelves / bins first, so all accessible stock gets allocated. Then B2C orders that keep coming through the day start to allocate to bulk (or go onto Awaiting replen). Need to be able to manage allocation rules. |

Idea to resolve Problem | Add a 'If qty ordered is over x, pick from bulk location' |
This could also be fixed by changing time of stock allocation from order entering Mintsoft, to order commencing picking. Not only do B2B orders cause this problem mentioned, but orders on backorder that have partial stock allocated to the order also cause other orders go to awaiting replen earlier. This again also occurs during sale periods where there is an influx of orders
