Current Problem
There’s currently no simple way to view how much stock is held, received, or dispatched over time in Mintsoft. Warehouse and operations teams need this visibility to understand capacity usage, throughput trends, and future space planning across all clients and products. A single report or dashboard showing total stock volume, goods in, and goods out by day, week, or month would make it much easier to identify busy periods, plan labour, and forecast when warehouse capacity might be reached. This data already exists within Mintsoft, it just needs to be surfaced in a consolidated and filterable report. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | Expand the existing weekly volume report (in Accounts) to include: Volume of goods in and out per period (day/week/month), Current stock volume vs available capacity, Filters for individual clients, product categories, or warehouse zones This enhancement would give every Mintsoft user a clear overview of stock movement and space utilisation, helping improve forecasting, resource allocation, and overall operational efficiency. |
