Remove the Business impact function on the case centre, due to first line support always changing to limited rather than reviewing properly

Current Problem

Business impact function is useless, as no matter what priority we set it to first line support set it Limited . Plenty of examples on my companies case centre portal.

Idea to resolve Problem Acually get first line support to review the case properly , rather than sending a spurious reply that doesn't help nor even come close to a resolution
