Since you swapped the Magento order numbers around. The "OrderNumber" now does not represent the order number in the front end of Magento. This makes it very difficult to cross ref orders between the systems. e.g. Product Usage report and Returns Report.
Hi, reviewing this idea it appears that external order reference fields have been added to the two reports that you have mentioned.
