A new feature arrived (pre Access) where backorders that hit NEW status then had a new field that recorded the 'AT NEW DATE' (this is seen on the details page of an order at the bottom of each order)
Was meant to be a report coming where you can then run a report for orders showing the AT NEW DATE and DESPATCHED date so you can see if they were within SLA.
This would be helpful as reports currently only have the dates the orders hit the system. So any pre orders etc where orders sit for a while make it look like the warehouse have taken months to fulfil orders.
