Current Problem
We are trying to use the "Query Raised" status to flag all orders that have issues which prevent completion such as stock discrepancies, address info errors etc. The only draw back is that when the Query is resolved, the order automatically goes into it's previous status "picked" or "Picking Started" etc. With 100's of orders being processed daily, this would make it very difficult for the warehouse team to manage and action resolved queries promptly. If a "Query Resolved" status was created, we could utilise this as a way of managing orders that had issues which have been resolved and ensure that these orders are despatched in line with the required despatch date. |
