Current Problem
When I create a courier label for My Evri Standard where the order has a company name, the company name is not transferring to Evri and parcels are getting lost or returned as the courier doesn't know where to deliver them to. For example, if the shipping address is COMPANY NAME HIGH STREET TOWN when COMPANY NAME is not included the courier only has HIGH STREET to go on as there isn't always a building number. We do not have the same issue with TNT integration. |

Idea to resolve Problem | Update Evri with the customer company name |
Hi, I can now confirm that support have passed on the case and we will work on the priority of this alongside the rest of our backlog.
Please can this be returned to a wish as my support ticket has been closed (see below) and this is causing us lost/returned parcels, therefore we are having to check every order before creating a label through Mintsoft with Evri. This is not an issue with our TNT integration.
Thank you.
Hello Sarah,
I'm really sorry but this is not possible.
As I said, if you want this to be implemented in the future raise a wish.
I will now mark this case as closed.
If any further issues arise, you can always re-open it within 72 working hours, should you feel the need. If you need help with anything else in the future, please don't hesitate to open a new case, and we'll be more than happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Tudor.
If you can raise another case and feel free to reference the fact that I feel this is expected behaviour and not a wish.
From my case - For this to happen there has to be a considerable amount of requests from our clients.
These requests are made through the wish system.
I have already raised a case, but was told to report it here as an idea and that my case would be closed! 65614108
Hi, thank you for raising this!
I believe that this is a defect with how our Evri integration is working. Could you please raise a case with our support team and we will look to resolve this issue for you
