Manage Role - Cannot edit after Despatched

Current Problem

Hi,


Once an order has been despatched, you are able to change the courier service.


This is fine for some users, but should be able to role fearture to remove being able to edit despatched orders to avoid incorrect billing.

Idea to resolve Problem Add a new manage role: "Edit despatched orders"

      Hi - you can do this at the moment (as we have to do it now and again) but not quite sure how you deal with cancelling the shipment before creating a new one as this would delete the tracking number......

      Hi Jordan,

      Mainly for billing purposes.

      Once the order is despatched, that is the sign it is completed. You are unable to "undespatch" and order. So if a user goes in and changes the courier service before it is invoiced it is incorrect. It doesn't make sense as to why that can be edited once in despatched status.

      It does sometimes require the change afte rbeing despatched and is why it should be a role.
