Allow Rework items to be in a location

Current Problem

Rework items have to be in UNASSIGNED for them to be used, this means any product linked to a rework, cannot have a location. E.g. we add the correct sized Carton/Jiffy Mailer/Envelope used for the order, as a rework, which is product linked to the carton SKU.
Idea to resolve Problem Allow rework items to be located, and not restricted to UNASSIGNED
