Current Problem
When a customer raises a B2B order (where quantities are pallet quantities rather than single parcels), it gets mixed in with the other B2C orders (where quantities are typically single). The process for B2B orders are that it is picked per carton and not charged the standard Pick and Pack fee. |

Idea to resolve Problem | So when dealing with B2B orders, we would need a separate view to be able to deal with these. Otherwise we will keep on including it on the general pick and it will cause issues with the automation within the warehouse. |
This suggestion is under review as part of Mintsoft's B2B order handling.
I agree with the need for differentiation between B2B and B2C orders in Mintsoft. One way to achieve this could be by allowing products of the same SKU to be assigned different categories. This categorisation could then be used in the order allocation process to separate B2B and B2C orders. This would help prevent issues with automation within the warehouse and improve the overall order fulfilment process.
Agreed (more or less). Some differentiation between B2B and B2C should be available. We would also like different pick/pack charging models for B2B vs B2C for each client. No reasonable workaround offered by Mintsoft.
Could you add a new channel for these B2B orders and reflect this in your processes?
