The release notes are consistently uploaded late, resulting in delays and frustration for our users. This leads to a lot of follow-up and communication from our end to provide updates on the progress of the release notes.
Idea to resolve Problem
We don't know the process, but, by improving this process, we can ensure that our users have access to the latest information on updates and new features in a timely manner. This will lead to increased satisfaction and engagement with our platform, and ultimately help us to better serve our customers.
We have recently improved this to get release notes uploaded to our website and the knowledge base sooner.
