Allow creation of multiple Batches / document the behavior

Greetings,

It was discovered that Mintsoft has a limitation of a single Batch creation at a time. In our API integration we can send multiple requests to create a Batch at once. In this situation, only the first API call succeeds; the followup calls that started when the first one didn't finish would fail.

The response on our Ticket was "I understand that this is frustrating. At the moment this is how the product is designed to work at the moment." thus we created this ticket.

If the functionality cannot be added for whatever reason, properly document the behavior would still be beneficial.
