Hi. Not an issue with the user roles as such.
If a client sells on several channels - amazon, shopify, faire, etsy etc they have some staff members that they wish to only see orders from the Amazon channel and give no access to the other channels.
Also, some staff deal only with TRADE (channel) and client won't want them to see the other channels.
if there was a way that certain SKU's could be allocated/limited to specific channels too that would be really helpful.
Hi, Thank you for your suggestion. Would you be able to provide more information on what you mean by channel? Do they have a problem with the user roles that are being set?
