When setting up a new user, you can first select a user type to determine their access type. HOWEVER, if you change anything in the user type access, it will not retroactively change the existing users within that type. If there are multiple users, you have to go through each one to change the access. Not intuitive.
Agreed the whole set up can be quite tiresome with warehouse or client users!
