We don't charge per carton in our weekly storage for not used stock. We charge per carton in orders on hold only but I don't think you have an option to add only carton charges to the order status.
We only charge in storage which is not used for pallets and units. In packaging Warehouse and storage warehouse we charge per pallets and in main warehouse we charge per unit. I would like this storage calculation has been automatic in the invoice section because ATM I need to amend the costing in packaging and storage warehouse because is calculating by the units.

Do you have the cartons and pallets module? We recently added storage and pick charging based on carton/pallet type.
Which, when set up, will allow charging for a carton/pallet pick or the storage of cartons/pallets to be separated from that of individual units of stock.
