Clients cant add their own returns therefore no visibilty of incoming returns and more work for the 3PL that is not their work

I hadn't seen this when I raised mine (MST-I-1883)
We'd really benefit from clients being able to pre advise that returns are expected back to us and like an ASN be able to mark received before actioning the return. This would streamline peak times where returns can't always be processed quickly.
This would be so incredibly handy! Would make life easier for our warehouse staff.
Clients can create the return to generate an RMA number for the customer to include on the courier label. When they create the return they would say what condition the return should be coming back in and any additional notes.
When this is received into the warehouse the warehouse can check the condition matches the return information on Mintsoft.
If this matches it can be booked in, if there's a descrepancy they can raise with the client (for example expecting a A grade product but it comes back used).
From our perspective it would be great to know what is on the way into us so clients creating the first part of the return / an advisement would be great but we have to physically process the return as it could me marked / damaged etc and then book to stock / damages
