When we scan the customers product it gives us a 32 digit scan which breaks down as follows
01 to 10 SAP Outbound Delivery Number
11 to 16 SAP Outbound Delivery Item Number
17 to 28 Product ID
29 to 30 Surface
31 to 32 Gloss
We need the scan for the Product ID which is digits 17 to 28. The reason for this is that every time we get the product in the digits 1 to 16 will be different.
