Yes definetely need this. The system currently is telling people what serial number to pick from a location which is crazy. You would never pick by Serial number. What is there are 1000 items in a location. There should be the ability to pick a sku and then scan the serial number later. Mintsoft does say this is possible but its broken, as when you check the despatch note and details its reverted back to the original serial number it told you to pick
