An option to send an automated email to customers that their return has been received. This would notify the customer that their return has been received and is due to be processed in the next '5 working days etc..'. |

It would be the end customer through e-commerce channel. The client receives the returns report, but nothing goes automatically to the end customer, which would add to their experience, as well as creating a check point if the client misses that return.
