Current Problem
Royal Mail delivery SMS notifications for 3PLsRoyal mail delivery update SMS texts currently show the name of the 3PL company (the RM account holder) rather than the client company, which is confusing for end customers. Ideally, the SMS text should show the 3PL's client name. Royal Mail has recently implemented a change which makes this possible and has advised that a collaborative change to Mintsoft/Intersoft API submission data is required. |

Idea to resolve Problem | Royal Mail advise that this can be achieved by adding more posting location numbers and contract numbers to our account(s). Mintsoft would then need to use the relevant contract number and posting location number when submitting RM label requests. |
Working in Mintsoft - advice to contact Support (referencing the Guest post) yielded a good result.

This can be actually done, reach out to support. They create sub accounts within your RM in Mintsoft and link it to each client. I've been trying for 7 years we have been with Mintsoft, not sure if it has always been possible but kept asking and finally someone knew how to do it :)
Only downside is you then have lots of manifests to run at the EOD but keeps customers happy as it is fully branded to them.
