Current Problem
Currently it is impossible to manually allocate stock from the locations of your choosing. This has caused us to create a whole new warehouse within Mintsoft simply to be able to choose what location our retail orders get allocated from. |

Idea to resolve Problem | Allow the ability to manually pick locations from which stock gets allocated to an order. |
We need this feature for sure... Although i'm aware it's possible to manually allocate orders keyed in directly in to Mintsoft, this isnt useful for us, as our orders are keyed in to Xero first (which then flow in to Mintsoft, and cannot be manually allocated at that point). Without this feature, it means i have to do lots of stock adjustments, (taking stock off from where it's needed, and adding it back on to where we dont want it to pick from). Being able to manually allocate these orders would save A LOT of time! How can this not already be a feature in 2024???
This is essential for us - please add this feature as soon as possible.
Thank you for your suggestion, our allocation logic is going through a redesign and this will be considered as part of that work.
Couldn't agree more. Terrible failure in the system. I was also advised to create a whole new warehouse to differentiate stock used for our B2B and B2C channels. Not an acceptable workaround.
This is also suggested in idea "MST-I-201", which has already been 'prioritised'. Please search for that idea and upvote it too.
